You will lead a team of electrical technicians working on 12/7 and 24/7 shift patterns and will be a technical specialist providing support to the site and projects teams for design, construction, assessing risk and improvement opportunities as well as assisting with trouble shooting and incident response.
You will be expected to work across the Council, supporting services to successfully secure increased levels of external funding.
You will need proven experience in securing external funding, ideally for a local authority.
You will need comprehensive knowledge of major UK, regional and NGO funding programmes and emerging funding initiatives, in the wider context of central government policies.
You will need to hold an Enhanced DBS or be prepared to have one processed.
