You will take ownership of production line output across various lines in the cutting operation, ensuring each line operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities - Lead, support, and develop your team to meet daily KPIs and customer expectations.

You will need to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders, incl: early years and Children Social Services, health services, youth services, parents, schools, etc.

You will be responsible for delivering a smooth efficient running operation for all raw materials and dry goods intake, ensuring quality standards are met and adhered to at all times, and to control the timely dispatch of finished goods ensuring integrity of supply chain system.

You will take day-to-day accountability for managing strategic contracts and supplier relationships.

You will deliver a quality, robust and secure procurement service within the organisation, ensuring an overall focus on the strategic delivery of business-led requirements, whilst also providing excellent people and stakeholder management.

You will be a Product Development Lead / Product Development Manager and degree qualified, preferably in chemical engineering, polymer science or polymer engineeringSubject.

You will ideally 5+ years’ experience in blown film manufacturing, with significant experience in a material science, product development and people management.
