You will be part of the Duty Management team on a rota and can expect to cover up to two days per week and one in three weekends. You’ll be part of the property leadership team organising or attending internal and external meetings. In these meetings, you’ll be welcoming a broad range of external partners and associates on behalf of the Trust.

You will foster a culture where individuals feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive. With extensive experience in employment legislation, and people management you will be responsible for driving engagement, performance, and professional growth through collaborative partnerships with the senior management team, delivering an empathetic but fair service to all employees.

You will be working 40 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks) on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract.

You will work 15 hours per week, 2-3 days per week, Monday-Friday.
