You will be responsible for overseeing the resourcing, organising and supervising of the transport activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and Inspire a Large Team - You'll manage a team of around 40 people, including drivers and transport office staff. You'll set the tone for a positive, collaborative working environment where everyone feels supported and motivated to do their best.

You will support new colleagues joining the team and be an example of best practice in your work.

You will always be looking for ways to improve and be driven to deliver a first-class service.

You will also need to have a driving licence and access to a vehicle so you can travel between our clients.

You will oversee specialist low-voltage communications systems—Public Address & Voice Alarm (PAVA), Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), and IT/Telecom cabling (RJ45, racks, containment). Acting on behalf of the client, you won’t perform detailed design but will review, manage, and challenge requirements to ensure systems are practical, safe, and constructible.
