You will manage a caseload of approximately 45 patients per day, providing exceptional clinical care, education, and support, while making a meaningful difference to patients lives every day. Youll work autonomously in the community, building strong relationships with patients and their families, and ensuring care is delivered safely, compassionately, and to the highest clinical standards.

You will provide duty cover when needed, work alongside the Clinical Leadership team and existing Duty and be responsible for the organisation and delivery of the established NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies duty rota.

You will manage the interface between NHS West Sussex Talking Therapies and secondary mental health care services.
