You will work across our fuel poverty and retrofit projects supporting project managers and key staff to ensure administrative tasks are completed to a high standard. The role will be varied, and some tasks will change over time as we secure further funded projects that require administrative support.
You will be entitled to 25 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays).
You will manage a diverse caseload of Private Client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Tax advice, and Probate.
You will also be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, and championing efficiency, compliance and best practice. This full-time role (9.00am to 5.15pm, Monday to Friday) is predominantly office-based, with occasional home visits.
You will be accountable for support availability, performance, and customer experience in your region, driving measurable improvements in key metrics such as case resolution time, SLA adherence, escalations, and customer satisfaction. You’ll also work closely with your global peers, Product, and Support Operations to continuously raise the bar on operational excellence and user outcomes.
