You will be a key contributor in building and operationalizing customer journeys, shaping persona development, and translating insights into activation strategies across digital and offline channels.
You will be responsible for: - Acting as the first line of defence for customs compliance and shipment execution. - Manage UK import/export operations with a strong focus on customs compliance - Verify and approve Importer of Record, customs valuations, HS codes, Incoterms, and shipping documentation
You will be responsible for managing commodity codes, processing TSS declarations and overseeing customs documentation, while also carrying out audits to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
You will enjoy working with different stakeholders across the group and with external agents, using your expertise to make sure our customs processes are efficient and up to date.
