You will act as a number two to the Finance Director and play a key role in supporting the business with accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis and strategic decision-making whilst leading a small team.

You will own the engineering function across CNC machining, assembly, and test operations, while leading both new product introduction and continuous improvement across existing production lines.

You will control technical direction, capital spend, and team performance across the full manufacturing lifecycle.

You will already have field sales experience within or around the construction industry This could have been gained from either a manufacturer, distributor or merchant, and from any discipline of construction. Light-side, heavy-side, interiors, heating & plumbing… Just as long as are proactive, self-motivated and target driven with excellent communication skills

You will be responsible for: Deliver a reactive maintenance service in the North region to meet the markets needs Develop and increase Prysmian’s presence in the region by building strong relationships with local customers and engineers Champion Continuous Improvement initiatives to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
