You will work closely with Partners and Directors to drive the firm’s tax strategy while supporting the development of junior staff. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee corporate tax compliance for a varied client base, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporates.
You will be responsible for the successful design, implementation and delivery into our products. This may include technically leading small multi-disciplinary teams and therefore the candidate must show an aptitude for directing and coordinating project activities and have strong communication/interpersonal skills.
You will be trusted to originate and secure new instructions, strengthen key client relationships, and build a high-performing planning team that supports long-term growth. You'll work closely with the wider leadership team while having the freedom to set the strategic direction for London, backed by an established brand, strong pipeline, and national expertise.
