You will play a key role in providing expert pharmaceutical care across a portfolio of healthcare sites, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the safe, effective, and patient-centred use of medicines.
You will also be supported by a Pharmacy Technician and the wider Trust Pharmacy Team, including community lead pharmacists.
You will also contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols, and work closely with Consultant Psychiatrists and Non-Medical Prescribers to promote safe, effective, and cost-efficient prescribing.
