You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the site, residents, visitors, and assets, while maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and adherence to security and emergency response protocols. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of Wardens during shifts.

You will work closely with the Class Teacher to:Deliver high-quality learning interventions and whole-class cover where appropriate. Support planning, assessment and pupil progress. Provide targeted support for individuals and small groups, including pupils with additional needs.

You will use BSL and other communication strategies to support learning, working closely with specialist staff, support assistants and therapists to ensure pupils can fully access the curriculum. The role also involves supporting language development, promoting independence and creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
