You will represent the Places Leisure and you will need to be a motivated individual who will take on responsibility to lead a team and ensure the efficient day to day running of the centre.

You will need a flexible approach to work being open to working shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

You will manage a busy operations team, drive forecasting performance, improve processes, and act as a key liaison point between Sales, Procurement, Finance and Service Delivery. Key Responsibilities - Oversee accurate processing of all product and service orders, ensuring correct reporting into Sales Operations.

You will liaise with a range of customers and suppliers, managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, completing health and safety checks, organising activities and events for Owners and much more! This role is pivotal to the success of the Lodge, the enjoyment of Owners and is hugely rewarding.

You must hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

You will need to be flexible with your working hours and be able to work a mixture of days, evenings and weekends.

You must be able to challenge unacceptable behaviour, provide firm boundaries and provide care which meets the needs of the individual

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning, managing a class team, and supporting the pastoral needs of students. This role involves implementing the school’s ethos and educational programmes, tracking student progress, and leading annual reviews in collaboration with external agencies.
