You will be a hands on, inspiring and enthusiastic leader, responsible for delivering an incredible dining experience to all our guests in a friendly and creative restaurant environment. You will be handling a range of commercial clients dealing with a range of commercial risks, and from the off will be working with a Senior Manager and one other Exec and have the support of an Account Handler and a Telesales Exec who will generate your leads.
You will also ideally have the Cert CII qualification or at the very least be keen to study towards this.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
You will also receive £50 after completing basic training, and if you refer a friend, you'll split £100!
You will coordinate front-end guest experience with back-of-house processes to enhance brand and revenue.
You will assume full responsibility for hotel operations, cost control, staff management, and compliance.
