You will oversee the production team ranging from senior engineers to junior and assistant-level staff while acting as a central point of coordination between production, customers, and internal stakeholders. This is a hands-on management role within a fast-paced, highly technical environment, where attitude, adaptability, and communication are just as important as engineering ability.

You will lead operations across multiple sites as a key member of the Operations Leadership Team, ensuring customer needs and business objectives are met

You will drive an active safety agenda, engage with Branch Safety Committees, and foster a culture of zero lost-time accidents and ultimately no accident book entries

You will gain an intimate knowledge of the product functionality and interact with stakeholders across the business from the highly technical to the more commercial. A role in the Security Engineering Department is therefore dynamic and diverse in its activities and provides a real opportunity to be part of a technically complex and essential part of the product capability.

You will oversee the full customer journey from receiving the initial enquiry or RFP through consultation, specification, technical clarification, quotation, and order placement, ensuring a high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused experience throughout.
