You will primarily be building firm-wide platforms focused on extending Squarepoint's observability, preventing functional regressions and performance regressions, and automating operational flows.
You will also make use of these platforms by implementing domain-specific logic on top of them, tailored to the requirements of the relevant sub-teams of Risk.
You will work closely with partners and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions, advising a diverse client base that includes financial institutions, funds, corporates, and sponsors. The role will involve exposure to complex and often international transactions, providing an excellent platform for continued technical development and career progression within a top-tier US firm environment.
You will be a foundational member of the UX team, helping to guide the UX team on vision, build processes, and drive strategy. The role will also partner with key strategic stakeholders of the company, including Product and Engineering leaders to bring them along and solicit feedback as thought partners for affecting company-wide product directions.
