You will be working as an Event Steward for this prestigious venue, representing Carlisle Support Services as the chosen supplier of event stewards and security for Cheltenham Racecourse. We are looking for people with good communication skills to help us provide a professional, efficient and safe service to our client at the racecourse throughout the season.
You will also have the opportunity to learn more about the role through a comprehensive induction process, gaining in-depth operational knowledge of the stadium and our associated venues. Main Responsibilities •Delivering exceptional customer service at all stages of crowd interaction.
You will need to be available for both evening and/or weekend work. We also cover cricket matches, football games and concerts across the region.
