You will play a central part in coordinating event administration, managing systems, purchase orders and invoicing, and supporting the production and distribution of marketing and event materials.

You will work closely with the Events team to support the effective planning, delivery and success of events, taking ownership of day-to-day administration, reporting, and logistics.

You will work closely with Event Infrastructure teams and Regional Procurement Leads, supporting procurement processes, negotiating contracts and maintaining fit-for-purpose Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for each project. This is an opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded QS to shape a new function while making a tangible impact on high-profile global events.

You will also act as a key partner across Marketing, Operations and Brand teams, ensuring the venue delivers a seamless, elevated experience for every client. Role Responsibilities In this role, you will lead the sales strategy and ensure targets and KPIs are consistently achieved, maintaining first-class sales operations throughout.

You will have operational responsibility from concept to delivery, using creativity and a keen eye for detail to deliver industry-leading events. Your aim is to produce commercially successful events that create quality business engagement for clients, enhancing and strengthening products and brands involved.

You will play a pivotal role in growing and shaping the events division, driving its commercial success and expanding its capabilities as demand continues to scale. This role includes leading pitch activity, owning high-value proposals, and building and managing a trusted network of freelancers to deliver world-class events globally.

You will be a key coordination and control point: ensuring Risk Events & Incidents are understood, prioritised, analysed and remediated in a way that protects customers, supports commercial objectives and meets FCA expectations. This is a visible role with direct engagement with senior leadership, including presenting reporting and insights to the Executive Risk Committee.
