You will work closely with the Practice Area Leaders and their leadership teams when setting the strategic agenda and driving implementation. For additional tasks, you will collaborate with the Practice Area Coordinators, Sector / Topic Managers, HR and Marketing within the PA.
You will manage your own pipeline and work towards clear monthly and annual sales targets in a high activity sales environment. Key responsibilities include: Selling event sponsorship and partnership packages to existing and new clients Making a high volume of outbound and follow up sales calls, typically 40 to 50 quality calls per day
You will be expected to support the Innovation Manager and Innovation Centre Coordinator in the effective day-to-day running of the Innovation Centre.
You will be friendly and professional with good IT skills.
You should also have experience, and a good understanding, of coordinating events and meetings.
You will work alongside external suppliers such as venues, exhibition supply companies, event management and production companies.
You will also have the opportunity to make your mark as an ambassador for the programmes you work on with an impressive range of clients and stakeholders as you help to develop these programmes and take them on to the next level.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of internal and external events, both online and offline. Working within the business development and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a wide variety of events from roundtables and networking events through to conferences and online webinars.
