You will be required to travel across the New Forest district and to various locations across the country therefore the mobility to travel is essential. In the event that a high volume of suitable applications are received, the post may close prior to the specified closing date.
You will attend the PLC and Operations Board Meetings and will ensure that accurate minutes are recorded, and statutory obligations are met.
You will be well versed in ensuring that the all the necessary governance is adhered to, but importantly that you can partner on specific corporate projects and give sound commercial legal advice to a privately owned and run business.

You will liaise on a daily basis with a wide range of internal and external contacts, including our homeowners, Lodge Managers, internal teams such as sales and finance, contractors and suppliers.
