You will oversee the Transmission Tower structural assessment and design outputs, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, while also identifying improvements in team delivery and fostering staff development, maintaining close collaboration with the UK Principal Structural Engineer and the Head of Engineering.

You will ensure the club is trained in line with company expectations. Lead, mentor, and manage a team to achieve and exceed membership KPI’s. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive new membership acquisition and retention. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and performance of team members.

You will ensure that design deliverables meet the project specifications and construction requirements while enhancing team performance through focused staff training and upgraded engineering tools and systems. While this is a hybrid position, it can be based out of any Wood office, candidates who can work from Glasgow or Horsham may be prioritised.
