You will be responsible for the delivery of the Insides sales strategy for budgets set by the business across multiple Verticals and propositions.
You will report to the Sales Director and be responsible for driving commercial growth within our spot and recurring revenue lines through creation of opportunities & strategies using generated data sources.
You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle; from outbound prospecting, to qualifying opportunities, delivering amazing product demos, running trials and converting deals. - Working to achieve (and overachieve! ) both new business and account growth revenue targets; your focus is to secure new enterprise customers while expanding relationships with existing accounts.
You must be able to demonstrate: - P&L leadership of a project-based business of roughly £10–50m revenue (MD/CEO or equivalent divisional leadership). - Leadership of a business that combines design/engineering, professional services and build/works, with accountability for delivery risk and economics.
You will work across a variety of complex analytical problems, owning experimentation end-to-end—even when ideal conditions such as user randomisation or high statistical power are not present.
You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
You will be required to work within a team and can work under their own initiative.
You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
You will work with the management team to ensure, manage and oversee that the services work within the budget, are complaint with financial regulations, policies and procedures, and meet funding and Advance requirements.
You will work a rotating schedule of 4 days (2 days, 2 nights) on followed by 4 days off, with each working shift lasting 12 hours. After completing 7 full rotations, you will receive an extended 12-day break for rest and recovery. Salary: Up to £27,496.64 per annum plus 20% shift allowance.
