They deliver high-quality build, refurbishment, and fit-out projects across a range of sectors including commercial, industrial, residential, public environments, and more.
You will support senior quantity surveyors by maintaining detailed records of materials and labor costs, aiding in budget preparation, and tracking site expenditure. The ideal candidate demonstrates numerical proficiency, a keen willingness to learn, and foundational knowledge of construction methods and materials.
You will be specifically responsible for the successful delivery of multiple commissions and have the support and autonomy to innovate and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and professional working environment for your colleagues.
You will need to be able to act as a mentor to others and drive the performance of the business forward.
You will be expected to establish and maintain working relationships with various stakeholders, so the candidate we seek must be a confident communicator both written and verbally. Knowledge of Tharstern would be beneficial to hit the ground running in this role however experience with alternative MIS systems will be considered.
