You will be joining a well-established team within an ambitious company. My client is considering assistant estimators (£28,000 - £38,000) or experienced estimators (£45,000 - £65,000), both levels also receive a car allowance.

You must have a proven track record of pricing projects as the lead estimator and be able to run your own tenders.

You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for HVAC projects.

You will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical D&B estimating. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can analyse project specifications, collaborate with design teams, and provide comprehensive estimates.

You will be based in the Nottingham office, working across diverse, multifaceted HVAC and mechanical projects. Roles & Responsibilities - Analyse drawings, specifications and project documents to prepare accurate HVAC/mechanical cost estimates - Complete detailed take-offs for materials, labour and equipment, ensuring competitive costings

You will be joining an established and well-respected Tier 1 contractor operating within the water industry.
