You will play a crucial role in the pre-construction phase, ensuring accurate and competitive project cost estimates in line with relevant company policies and processes. This role is essential in supporting the company's growth by securing profitable projects through comprehensive and well-informed bidding processes.
You will be involved from early-stage cost planning through to final tender submission, working closely with design, planning and delivery teams to produce commercially robust bids. You will be heavily involved in external bid estimating, supporting projects from inception and feasibility stage through to Leadership Team and Commitment Reviews, ensuring full compliance with internal governance and approval processes. Key Responsibilities
You will report directly to the pre-construction manager. The role will be based full-time in the office with occasional work flexibility if required.
You will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and budget control from the initial tender stages through to project completion.
