Estimating Engineer jobs in Milton Keynes

You will join a successful estimating and pre-construction team, working on refurbishment and fit-out schemes up to £4m.

You will be an experienced construction professional with a strong background in both estimating and quantity surveying.

You will engage with architectural drawings, survey data, contractor input, and project specifications across residential and commercial developments within the construction sector.

You will have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials.

You will receive an acknowledgement of your application.

You will need to demonstrate a broad knowledge of the industry and will have experience in a wide range of sectors, specifically including residential, hotel and student accommodation projects. This is a permanent, office-based position with strong career prospects.

You will play a critical role in supporting strategic growth, managing commercial risk, and ensuring estimating excellence across complex, high-value schemes.
