You will be instrumental in improving the environmental performance for a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors.
You will have responsibility for directing and leading projects including tasks relating to recruitment, bidding, project team management, project delivery, and financial management.
You will have a proven track record of working in air quality consultancy and be able to provide examples of your skills and previous experience which demonstrate your suitability for the position. The role will include undertaking review of the assessment work completed by the team for quality assurance purposes, as well as project management and line management responsibilities.
You will act as the principal authority on environmental permitting, working closely with senior leaders, regulators, government bodies, and industry groups to ensure permits are secured, maintained, and aligned with long-term business and sustainability objectives.
You will oversee EIA, SEA, and sustainability appraisal services, driving technical excellence, innovation, and business development while mentoring a talented team of specialists.
