You will promote engagement within the business to ensure the integration of environmental, social, and governance practices into all aspects of the Company’s operations and decision-making processes and ensure collaborative working across the Waste Experts/WERCS business units.
You will collaborate with project teams, SHE managers, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure Willmott Dixon remains a leader in construction SHE excellence. What You'll DoLead by example, and promote a proactive, positive health and safety culture across all projects in the business.
You will be able to take responsibility & ownership for your decision making.
