You must have a good understanding of health, safety and environmental management. - An understanding of current contaminated land technical guidance, Part 2A legislation and the development planning regime.
You should have relevant experience or qualifications in a design, or engineering discipline engineering discipline.
You will require a thorough understanding of lighting design calculation tools (Relux, AGi32 & Lighting Reality), Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign and Office.
You will be instrumental in improving the environmental performance for a diverse range of projects across multiple sectors.
You will have responsibility for directing and leading projects including tasks relating to recruitment, bidding, project team management, project delivery, and financial management.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development of digital processes to enhance the engineering design process.
