You will be a qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) looking to progress and develop in an SME environment with financial support from a large corporate parent.
You will need to work on site 5 days a week, with sensible flexibility for appointments etc, but a requirement to be working in the office the vast majority of the time.
You will be a credible presence in your store and represent the brand at all times, have a strong focus with your customers as well as driving and inspiring your team to achieve and exceed targets. You will have responsibility for the delivery of customer solutions, leading kick-off, project planning, configuration and customer communications.

You will work closely with our Letterkenny and Burnfoot, Ireland facilities, as well as with leadership teams across EMEA and the US.
You will lead engineering, manufacturing, finance, EHS, quality, and have dotted-line oversight of customer operations (order pursuit and execution).
You will achieve this by building a team who will train, coach and progress .
You will support business initiatives and ensure these are met with positivity and pace, whilst you control and delivery across the board for store operations, customer service, budget control, people and product.
You will manage the wellbeing, performance, and development of retail stores/teams, whilst ensuring retail stores are on brand, operationally excellent and compliant in line with the Rituals guidelines.
You will lead and set the vision and direction with each store manager in terms of customer experience, store performance, targets, KPI's, team development and training.
You will achieve this by building a team who will train, coach and progress .
