You will be provided with a company van, specialist tools, mobile phone, tablet, PPE, and overtime opportunities, working within a supportive and experienced team. In this role, you will be responsible for the calibration, testing, and certification of garage equipment across dealerships and independent garages throughout Kent, London, and the South East.

You will ensure there’s effective, efficient and collaborative working relationship between teams and that they share a common purpose.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the capacity, configuration, versioning and alignment of all associated systems, components, applications, services etc.

You will handle both reactive and planned maintenance, manage Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules using MaintainX, and coordinate with contractors to ensure machinery is serviced and operating safely.

You will support the production team, contribute to improvement projects, and participate in our Out of Hours Call Out rota, ensuring a collaborative and efficient working environment.

You will take ownership of a substantial, multi-disciplinary engineering function within a rapidly growing organisation delivering complex, safety-critical electronic systems.

You will lead through a team of experienced engineering managers and senior functional leaders, shaping how engineering operates today and how it must evolve for the future.
