You will be working in a respite service in Runcorn, Cheshire ensuring that users are comfortable, happy and enjoy their stay.
You will have experience working with people with complex health needs but experience working with people with a learning disability is not essential as full training will be provided.
You will also be assigned an expert tutor and a support mentor who will work with you 1-2-1 or in group sessions to provide additional training and support. Once the HTML & CSS courses are complete, your trainer will move you forward to the next stage. Stage 2 – Additional Online Training (*up to 12 weeks)
You will take a positive approach as to promote their engagement and input during lessons, recognising key milestones and giving recognition to the pupils and class teachers. They can at times present behaviours that challenge, although not physical, they can be disruptive.
