You must have (as a minimum) the following qualifications:

You will also possess: - Proficiency in payroll software, such as Iris, Sage, QuickBooks, or ADP - Understanding of pension schemes and auto-enrolment obligations - Ability to handle complex calculations and large volumes of data - Familiarity with HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) regulations and reporting requirements

You will provide a full clerical, administrative and data collection service and will be the first point of contact for clients, professionals and others via the helpline or in person and will therefore need to be approachable, warm and friendly.
