You will be working with a team of highly motivated and professional school improvement advisers and in your specialist areas you will provide advice and guidance to schools and secure the highest levels of customer satisfaction. The role will be field based (across Staffordshire and potentially surrounding Counties) therefore you must have own transport.
You will play a key role in batch certification , QMS oversight , and wider site quality leadership, working closely with operations, quality, regulatory and client teams. Key Responsibilities QP Certification & Compliance Certify batches prior to release in line with VMR, EU GMP, Annex 16, and relevant Marketing Authorisations
You will act as the senior technical authority and project lead for our infrastructure environments while managing a small team of engineers. This is a hands-on role where you will design and implement a range of IT change projects for clients in your region.
You will manage resource allocation, conduct 1-2-1s, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
You will also need to be confident in dealing with all major classes of commercial insurance – property, business interruption, liabilities, motor, professional indemnity, etc. Experience of using Acturis would also be a bonus! On offer is a basic salary of £40-60k depending on experience and track record, plus car allowance and annual bonus.
