You will work as part of the Enhanced Care and Security teams across the Trust to maintain safety, dignity, and a therapeutic environment for patients and staff. This is a challenging but rewarding role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for people who are kind, caring and compassionate, emotionally resilient, physically capable, and able to work calmly in high-pressure situations.
You will be the first point of contact, communicating with staff, pupils, parents and outside organisations and will therefore be approachable and friendly.
You will be dealing with a range of sensitive information and therefore the need for confidentiality is essential. Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, accuracy, reliability and sound ICT skills are essential.
