You will help provide essential support to young people in care, assisting them with daily activities, appointments, and behavioural management, all while creating a positive and nurturing home environment. Key Responsibilities: Support young people in a range of activities, including cooking, cleaning, outings, and taking part in games and appointments.
You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them.
You will have the maturity to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility, handle stress and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
