You will also oversee and follow up on the contractors’ activities on-site, ensuring all activities carried out are in compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements. - Ensuring all works are properly executed in compliance with project specification, QA/QC procedure and standards.

You will oversee the safe and efficient operation of moulding machines and ensure production and quality standards are consistently met. Key Responsibilities - Set up Injection Moulding Machines (10 650 tonne) - Conduct mould tool trials and process optimisation - Carry out first-line maintenance on moulding machines, tooling, and ancillary equipment

You will take responsibility for day-to-day shift operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently met. This is a hands-on role, combining technical injection moulding expertise with people leadership and continuous improvement responsibilities.

You will then visit global customer sites; installing the instrumentation on a worldwide basis and provide post installation servicing/support where required.

You must be willing to spend ca. 20-30% of your time travelling globally.
