You will provide strong technical leadership, managing design development, programme control and stakeholder coordination to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Manage the planning and detailed design process through external consultants.

You will support the provision of technical and strategic advice for master planning, environmental impact assessment, procurement, and delivery.
