You will lead, coach and develop a shift-based engineering team while remaining actively involved in maintenance, breakdown response, fabrication and improvement work. You'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime and building a high-performance, safety-first culture.

You will deal with complaints promptly in an open and honest way

You will ensure that each shift runs as smoothly as possible and that our values form part of your shift management

You will be expected to lead from the front, you will be hands on most of the time, working on the line and dining area

You will undertake routine PPM tasks, planned maintenance in line with scheduled dates, along with reactive repairs and Electrical Installation work as required. You may also be called upon to assist with general building maintenance activities. What you'll need to succeed
