engineering maintenance manager jobs in Stratford

You will oversee the full running of the contracts including: program planning/scheduling works; KPI monitoring/performance improvement; management of health and safety; and managing a direct workforce of Contract Managers, Supervisors, Multi Trade Operatives and Admin/Planning Team.

You will manage relationships with important stakeholders including MPs, councillors, the Housing Ombudsman Service and local authorities.

You will lead by example and be confident in your ability to diagnose repairs and specify remedial works using the NHF schedule of rates.
