You will be at the centre of a high-impact initiative to design and deliver a scalable, cloud‑ready data platform supporting Equities trading, research, analytics, and risk. As the platform grows, you will also have the opportunity to build and lead a team from the ground up, helping to define engineering culture, processes, and best practices.
You will apply current electrical design technologies, exercise independent technical and financial judgment, and thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment. This role requires an experienced leader who is committed to upholding the highest standards of design processes and engineering techniques through close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
You will join at Principal level and will play a key role in technical delivery, project leadership, and supporting the wider electrical team. The electrical team currently consists of 7 engineers (Director, Associate, and 5 Engineers), and this role will act as a central technical figure within the group.
