You will work closely with project teams, clients and supply chain partners to ensure commercial performance, cost control and contractual compliance.
You will ideally be located in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Fife or anywhere else throughout the central belt and able to travel to various sites throughout Scotland when required.
You will need to have:Strong track record in quantity surveying from a civils point of view on energy and renewable energy projects such as substations and wind farms.
You will manage all commercial aspects of the project, working closely with the development, design and construction teams.
You will be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a background in commercial or large scale development projects.
You will be confident operating autonomously and comfortable taking responsibility at a senior level.
