You should also have a broad knowledge of motors, hydraulics and pneumatics (ideally conveyors) as well as previously having held a management role.
You will be an analytical person with an understanding of technical engineering projects and electrical / electronic applications, highly self-motivated and experienced a wide range of tasks including feasibility analysis, design and test.
You will also carry out engineering duties alongside your team, ensuring routine servicing and conducting repairs across the site is performed at a high quality.
You will have a good knowledge of both preventative and reactive maintenance, ideally within a food manufacturing environment.
