engine production supervisor jobs in Accrington

You will work closely with design, quality, and production teams to ensure products are built efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. This role would suit a Manufacturing Engineer with experience in an assembly-based manufacturing environment.

You will be diagnosing faults, identifying problems on machinery, and implementing solutions. Repair of site machinery with electrical and mechanical multi-skilling will be required.

You will be aware of the pressures involved and have a proactive approach to electrical maintenance.

You will be responsible for handling Mechanical Maintenance repairs, PPM's and replacement of plant equipment. Engineers will have come from a Mechanical background, be qualified to NVQ Level 3 (apprentice trained or equivalent) and will have experience working within a manufacturing environment.

You will be the technical expert and key account holder for FGas ensuring maintenance of our obligations to ensure our ongoing membership, in addition you will support and guide engineers through any training. All work will be completed to the highest standards in an efficient and cost-effective manner, whilst complying with the laid-down Company Health and Safety policy.
