You will be responsible to: Inspect dwellings and houses in multiple occupation in accordance with Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and the Decent Homes Standard; including complex preparatory work, inspecting and certifying works in default, resolving disputes and undertaking associated technical and financial work including arranging interim and final stage payments.
You will be required to attend offices in Liverpool & St Helens once a week, and will be required to use your own vehicle for work purposes during the day. Key responsibilities - Manage, investigate and resolve your own caseload of ASB, hate crime and tenancy breaches - Gather evidence, prepare witness statements and other legal documentation, and attend/present evidence in court.
