You will play a key role in delivering stock condition surveys, EPC assessments, and housing asset management services. This role combines on-site and office-based work, requiring strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and project management experience. Key Responsibilities
You should be able to demonstrate experience of carrying out asbestos surveys and air-monitoring across a variety of property types.
You will create project files and be responsible for providing detailed guidance on project management software, procedures, processes, tools, and techniques.
You will contribute to financial monitoring and reporting whilst maintaining systems and registers alongside attending meetings with various stakeholders.
