While youll engage regularly with on-site contacts, the role places a strong emphasis on influencing senior decision makers including Directors through ROI-led, commercial conversations.
You will work closely with the project delivery team, engage with client representatives and processes, and coordinate with civil subcontractors from mobilisation through to handover. In conjunction with the Quantity Surveying team, you will also support the commercial management of civil subcontractors.
