You will be responsible for ensuring that care and support is of a high standard, focused on person centred outcomes and delivered within budget.
You will ensure that all needs assessments, support plans and risk assessments are kept up to date.
You will preferably have experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and distressed behaviours/emotions.
You will receive specialist training in how to support individuals that have dual-sensory impairments, often combined with other disabilities. So you do not require any existing professional care experience! It is essential for you to have a full UK license with the use of your own vehicle.
You will be required to work a mix of day shifts and night shifts. Please note that you must be a driver to be considered for this role.
