You will be working with a team of rehabilitation support workers alongside a multi-disciplinary team of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, psychologists and speech and language therapists.
You will follow individual support plans to meet the needs and aspirations of each person.
You will also support clients with daily living tasks including personal care, finances, health and medication, to enable them to live independent lives.
You will receive ongoing training and coaching from your manager, as well as specific training courses throughout the year to help you develop your management skills and foster upwards career progression.
You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.
You will receive full induction training and continued professional development - Excellent support from experienced management and the wider clinical leadership team
