You will be required to register with the SSSC, complete mandatory training within a timeframe and the commitment to studying for an SVQ in Care & Support if you do not already hold this qualification. You will lead and nurture a dedicated team of social workers, manage the delivery of Social Work services within a specific professional and/or geographical area, uphold excellence in professional practice and risk management, handle budget management ensuring resources are used effectively, and conduct staff supervision, offering support and strategic deployment.
