You will work with our client to provide end‐to‐end telephone support for all employee relation needs, including disciplinary, grievance, TUPE and redundancy.

You will provide ad‐hoc support such as HR training, chair meetings such as disciplinary and grievance hearings, and exit negotiations on behalf of the client.

You will work with our client to provide end to end telephone support for all their employee relation needs meaning you will be a contact for help with a wide range of employment law and HR subjects, such as disciplinary, grievance, TUPE and early conciliation.

You will be required to work 3 x 10-hour shifts per week, totalling 30 hours per week, these hours can fall any times between 6am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday and the hours will be allocated to you by our resource planner 3-weeks in advance rolling.

You will also ensure to update and maintain all relevant administration records.
